Why the Perc Rate Drives Everything

A drainfield that is too small for the soil will flood and surface, and one built on the wrong grade will channel to a single trench. The soil percolation test gives us the design number, and the seasonal water table tells us whether a conventional gravity field will work or whether your lot needs pressure dosing or a mound. We build to the number, not to a template.

Our Process

We confirm the perc results, lay out the trenches or chambers to the approved design, set the distribution box so flow splits evenly across the laterals, and place washed drainfield gravel and geotextile fabric before backfilling. On a replacement, we locate and protect the tank and reconnect the outlet baffle cleanly.
